Due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on lingerie items. However, we understand that fit is important. If you find that a size or style isn't quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

Holiday Exchange Policy

To make your holiday shopping easier, we’ve extended our exchange window. For purchases made between November 15th and December 24th, we offer an extended exchange period until January 15th of the following year.

As always, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for an exchange or store credit. Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability.
